Stucchi quick-change couplings, also known as quick connectors, are industrial accessories used to improve the efficiency of replacing working parts. They are mainly divided into two types: mechanical and hydraulic. Their core function is to quickly change excavator attachments (such as buckets and breakers) or connect liquid cooling system pipes, reducing replacement time to tens of seconds and expanding equipment functionality. The product consists of a main support frame, movable locking blocks, hydraulic cylinders, etc.
Hydraulic couplings use a cylinder-driven hook-shaped pressure block to lock the pin for quick separation, while mechanical couplings use a pin or screw locking structure. Pneumatically controlled quick-change couplings support 360-degree rotation adjustment. A double-safety design with a hydraulic check valve and mechanical locking prevents attachments from accidentally falling off during operation. They are suitable for excavators ranging from 3 to 45 tons and are also used as a key connection component in AI server liquid cooling systems (such as the NVIDIA GB300 server). China has released the national standards GB/T 22076-2024 "Pneumatic Cylindrical Quick-Connect Joints" and GB/T 40565.2-2025 "Hydraulic Transmission Connections - Quick-Connect Joints Part 2: Flat Type".
