Working Principle Of Quick Connectors

Hydraulic Quick-Connect Principle: Hydraulic quick-connect couplings primarily rely on the action of a hydraulic cylinder to fix and release pins 1 and 2. When changing a working part, the hydraulic cylinder retracts, the hook-shaped pressure block moves from position 1 to position 2, and the quick-connect coupling disengages. When changing to another working part, after the hook-shaped pressure block aligns with the pin, the hydraulic cylinder reopens, and the hook-shaped pressure block moves from position 2 to position 1, locking the working part's pin. Of course, this also involves the simultaneous operation of an external hydraulic circuit and a solenoid valve.

Mechanical Quick-Connect Principle: Domestic manufacturers mainly produce two types of mechanical quick-connect couplings: pin-type and screw-type. Taking the pin-type as an example, when changing a working part, first pull out the wedge clip, then push the T-shaped buckle inward. (The T-shaped buckle smoothly drives the red pressure block to retract; this requires high welding standards. If the slide rail is not welded flat and not properly ground, the red pressure block will have difficulty moving smoothly.) The quick-connect coupling disengages from the bucket. When the required working part is switched, pull the T-shaped buckle back, and insert the wedge-shaped clip into the T-shaped buckle to lock it in place.
