Tilting Quick Coupler

The Tilting Quick Coupler is one of the hydraulic attachment products developed by DHG (Yantai Donghong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.) for excavators that need more adjustment capability between the attachment and working surface.

The coupler integrates a hydraulic tilting mechanism into the quick connection structure, allowing the attached tool to be adjusted according to the working position. This design is commonly used in operations where the bucket or attachment cannot easily reach the required angle, such as slope trimming, drainage work, and excavation on uneven ground.

Available for 1-35 ton excavators, the coupler can be configured for different excavator sizes and attachment requirements. The main frame uses Q355 manganese steel, with the structure designed to withstand repeated loading during attachment operation and daily construction work.

Compared with a conventional quick coupler, the tilting type provides an additional adjustment function while keeping the attachment connection method simple. It can be used with commonly used excavator attachments, including buckets, breakers, and grapples.
