Excavator Hydraulic Pulverizer

The excavator hydraulic pulverizer is a demolition attachment that crushes concrete and shears rebar in one tool. It mounts directly on the excavator arm and runs off the machine's own hydraulic system. The tool is aimed at house beams, columns and reinforced concrete walls, where the work basically comes down to breaking the concrete apart and cutting the steel inside. Because the jaws do both in the same pass, there is no need to bring a separate crusher and a separate shear to the site.

• The design goal was simple: one set of jaws should handle reinforced concrete demolition on its own.
• The frame and jaw body are Q355 low-alloy high-strength steel - it has the yield strength to take repeated impacts without going soft or bending like ordinary steel.
• The blade blocks are the part that wears fastest, so they are made from wear-resistant alloy steel, heat-treated to harden the surface, which is what lets them hold up at high temperature and resist deformation while chewing through concrete and rebar.
• The blades are separate from the body, so when they do wear out you replace the blades, not the whole unit.

• Four models, DHG-02 to DHG-10, cover excavators from 5 to 32 tons.
• The DHG-02 weighs 320 kg, light enough for a compact machine; the DHG-10 delivers 200 tons of crushing force and 290 tons of shear force for heavy structural work.
