(1) Mechanical excavator log grapple: propelled by the excavator bucket cylinder, requiring no additional hydraulic blocks or pipelines;
(2) 360° slewing hydraulic excavator log grapple: requires two sets of hydraulic valve blocks and pipelines to be added to the excavator for control;
(3) Non-slewing hydraulic excavator log grapple: requires one set of hydraulic valve blocks and pipelines to be added to the excavator for control.
