Screening Bucket Attachment

The Screening Bucket Attachment is developed for excavators that need to separate soil, stones and loose debris during material handling. A rotating screening drum allows excavated material to be processed directly on site, helping remove unwanted particles before the material is transported, reused or sent for further processing.
The screening drum is made from solid steel to withstand regular contact with excavated materials. As the drum rotates, smaller particles pass through the openings while larger pieces remain inside the bucket. This makes the attachment useful for basic material separation, soil preparation and site cleanup.

The Screening Bucket Attachment is available in DHG-04, DHG-06, DHG-08 and DHG-10 models. Depending on the model, the screening openings range from 50 mm to 100 mm, while operating weights range from 310 kg to 530 kg.

It can be used for applications such as soil screening, material sorting, site cleanup and preparation of excavated soil for reuse. By carrying out basic separation during excavation, the attachment can reduce the need to move mixed materials to another location for initial screening.
